Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the 82jl platform available at 82jl.one (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 82jl Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

82jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

To register and use the 82jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 82jl or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 82jl Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

82jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 82jl may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access real-money gaming features on the 82jl Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all 82jl accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active 82jl account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current.
• KYC verification: 82jl is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) and proof of address.
• Account ownership: Your 82jl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• Account currency: All 82jl accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.

82jl reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 82jl login credentials, including your username and password. The following security obligations apply to all registered players:

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your 82jl account and must not reuse passwords from other online services.
• You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 82jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• 82jl will never contact you to request your password via any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

All activity conducted through your 82jl account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorized by you. 82jl accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

82jl accepts deposits via a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking. The following terms apply to all deposits made to your 82jl account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered 82jl account holder — are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your 82jl wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within minutes.
• 82jl does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• All deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from 82jl's operational finances, in accordance with PAGCOR player fund protection requirements.
• 82jl reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the rightful owner of the payment account used.

Withdrawal requests from your 82jl account are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. 82jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. This includes submission and approval of a valid government-issued ID and proof of address.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard AML procedures.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• 82jl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such delays.
• In cases where 82jl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, withdrawal requests may be suspended pending investigation.

82jl aims to process all approved withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval during standard operating hours.

82jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your 82jl account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Abuse prevention: 82jl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 82jl reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

All games available on the 82jl Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all games on the Platform:

• All 82jl games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and are not influenced by the Platform, previous results, or any external factor.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 82jl's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 82jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.
• Wagers placed and accepted by the system are final. 82jl does not accept requests to cancel or reverse wagers after they have been confirmed by the system.
• 82jl reserves the right to void any wager where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error that resulted in odds or payouts materially different from those that would have been offered under normal circumstances.

For live casino games, the rules of the specific game variant apply as explained by the live dealer and displayed within the game interface. For sports betting, settlement is based on official results from the relevant governing body.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 82jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such discovery must be reported to 82jl immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime. 82jl is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 82jl staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 82jl Platform's software or infrastructure.

82jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 82jl players at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 82jl account.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 82jl Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the 82jl Platform — including but not limited to the 82jl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 82jl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 82jl.
• Use the 82jl brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement by 82jl.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 82jl's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the details provided in Section 15.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 82jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 82jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

82jl shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond 82jl's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 82jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

82jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 82jl will notify registered players by:

• Sending a notification to the email address registered on your 82jl account, and/or
• Displaying a prominent notice within the Platform upon your next login.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the 82jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 82jl Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting 82jl's customer support team with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or platform operations, 82jl's internal records — including server logs, transaction records, and game outcome data — shall be considered authoritative evidence in the absence of demonstrable technical error.
